  Prices are okay but they rarely have more than one cash open and the cashiers love to chat. Very frustrating experience....always.

  I have been a customer of this store since before they were even at their current location. Over the past 13 or 14 years I have consistently received excellent service. I've also had to wait for my prescription to be filled but I have also noticed that staff are doing their best to minimize wait times and are quite effective in doing so. I have never had to wait excessively for my prescriptions to be filled.

  Thankfully a pharmacy is not like a fast food drive-through where your cash is taken and your order is provided all under 2 minutes. And you typically find, several miles down the road, that they screwed up your order. It's happened to all of us, hasn't it ?

  The pharmacists and staff are quite personable and knowledgeable while maintaining a high degree of professionalism whether you are a first timer or have been a regular customer for over a decade. I have never seen or heard of an irate customer at his location and it appears that all customers are greeted and treated well. If I were looking for a job, I would be ecstatic to be able to work with the pharmacists and staff at this location.

  While the pharmacists and support staff at this drug store are time/customer conscientious they are also diligent in ensuring superior accuracy in filling prescriptions. Wait times are directly commensurate with work load but the pharmacists and staff at this location take extra steps to minimize customer wait times.

  From consulting about my medications to providing me with injections the pharmacists and staff are all top rate; the staff even greet you with a smile and a cheery hello as you enter the store plus go out of their way to help you with any products or questions that you may have, all without following you around the store !

  I give this location 5 stars because as a long term customer I have been extremely happy with the pharmacists and the staff. When I think they couldn't get any better something will happen ( like me being diagnosed with cancer) where they consistently go above and beyond my wildest expectations. Again and again and again.

  Friendly enough pharmacy but slow. Called in for a refill (usually get in Airdrie and had one refill left). Needed to call the Airdrie location and transfer. Lady got my information including phone number and told me it would be ready just after 3pm. I drive from didsbury to find out it wasn't filled. They said the Airdrie location said I didn't have a refill. I ensured them I did and gave them the prescription bottle. Turns out it was a different shoppers in Airdrie. Okay no problem. All well and said wait a few minutes and it will be refill. Well I sat there for 55 minutes before prescription was ready. My problem is: why wouldn't someone call me in the first place when they thought I had no refill left, instead of waiting for me to come in) also when prescription was finally done, the staff new I was sitting waiting long periods of time and didn't think to call my name or politely let me know it's finally ready. I had to keep checking.

  It's not as simple as counting out pills and bottling them up as sometimes prescriptions must be compounded by way of accurately measuring and mixing ingredients plus any number of other necessary tasks to ensure both accuracy and effectiveness without compromising safety.

  I come to Olds about once a year on vacation. I always have been given fast and courteous service. It took 20 min. To get a prescription filed this last time.

  Slight premium on regular items as expected, but often you can find some good sales, sometimes I'll walk in, grab some snacks on sale then walk home
